These Terms govern use of Nova Link Solutions’ website and NovaReach AI. By using the services, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and the rules of any connected third-party platform.

1. Services

Nova Link provides business services including digital marketing, software development, feasibility studies and outsourcing. NovaReach AI is a Nova Link technology product for managing social-media content workflows and connected accounts.

2. Your accounts and authorization

You are responsible for connecting only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Social-platform access is granted through the relevant platform’s authorization process. You are responsible for reviewing and approving requested permissions.

3. User content

You remain responsible for content, media, captions and instructions you submit or choose to publish. You must have the necessary rights and permissions and must not use the service to infringe rights, mislead users, spam, or violate applicable laws or platform policies.

4. Publishing and third-party platforms

Publishing and data availability depend on the APIs, permissions, availability, limits and policies of third-party platforms. Nova Link cannot guarantee that every requested action will always be available or accepted by a third-party platform.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service.
Do not misuse platform APIs, tokens or connected accounts.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
Do not represent NovaReach AI as being owned or endorsed by a social platform unless that platform explicitly states so.

6. Service changes

We may update, improve, suspend or modify parts of the service as integrations and business requirements evolve.

7. Disclaimers

Business, marketing and software services are provided based on agreed scope. Outcomes such as reach, sales, rankings, approvals or third-party platform acceptance cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nova Link is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions or user-provided content.
